If you are unsatisfied with any live product, you may return the item for store credit to use online or at live market sales within 7 business days after your original purchase. Hard goods may be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 business days for store credit to use online or at live market sales. Custom arrangements, potted plants, and sale items are final sale.
