Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with any live product, you may return the item for store credit within 7 business days after your original purchase. Hard goods may be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 business days for store credit. Custom arrangements, potted plants, and sale items are final sale.
